I've seen the Depot posts about frustrations with Minelab repair service when they had outsourced to a third party. Then the posts seemed to indicate that things had improved since they were back doing repairs in house. Those posts gave me confidence to send my Excalibur in. Thought I would share my experience if it helps others.
I went to the Minelab site and called the Americas customer care number for an RA. On Friday I shipped by machine in. The following Tuesday I received a call from the technician and we discussed repair options. On Monday, my repaired Excalibur was back in my hands. In totality like 6 business days door to door. I was extremely happy with the service.
