Why can't Minelab fly in a couple of techs from the Australia headquarters? It could be a temporary assignment until they can train some new people. I know it would cost the company money but isn't saving their reputation worth it? Is it really worth losing long time customers and potential new customers, who are being scared away by the all too common repair horror stories? I've run into several non-Minelab users on the beach who tell me they would never buy a Minelab detector because of the poor customer service.
