I know your thrilled to get it back, however, ponder this, others have been quoted more then $800 to replace motherboard and the end caps with rings were mighty cheap.
I hate to be suspicious but it almost sounds like a con job. Either your board was OK and something else was cleaned up or they swapped out some other poor sucker's
parts who had a good board and paid the $800 for a new one and they kept his old one for an easy $200 profit. I can see this unethical practice occurring in a single
source business. Sorry for being so skeptical but it fits!
