Now on week 9.....sent in my Excal 9 weeks ago for repairs and received a msg from them saying they have my detector, but
it will be a while on getting to it. Of course, warranted detectors hold priority. Called them today and the person on the phone
took down my number and said the repairs department is having their phones replaced and he would have them call me back.
That's a good one!!!
I continue the wait. All I can say is......don't break your excal!!!! Luckily, I do have a backup, but this is ridiculous!!!!
