Mr Jerry Tyndall Passing

Coats, NC: Mr. Jerry Claxton Tyndall, age 73, of 399 Denise Avenue died Tuesday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Friday at the Coats United Methodist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Rick Wilkerson. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier.
Mr. Tyndall was born September 20, 1941 in Harnett County to the late Earnie and Myrtle Whitman Tyndall. He was the retired owner and operator of Nautilus Metal Detectors after 30 years of service and held numerous patents in his field. Mr. Tyndall was a member of Coats United Methodist Church.
Surviving are wife of 52 years, Dottie Bowden Tyndall; daughter & son-in-law, Jane T. & Don F. Wilson, Jr. of Buies Creek; grandchildren, Jon Wilson and Anna Wilson; sisters, Jewell T. Hargis of Garner and Wanda Tyndall of Goldsboro; brother, Tony Tyndall of Erwin; and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats from 7:00PM to 9:00PM Thursday.
Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to the Harnett County Animal Shelter, P. O. Box 940, Lillington, NC 27546.
