Duties of the Committee members

Chairman

  The Chairman will preside over any committee meetings. 
The Chairman is responsible for planning and organizing the GNRS hunt. 
The Chairman will locate the hunt site and negotiate an agreement with the landowner; in order, to establish a contract allowing
for the GNRS event to occur. 
The Chairman may amend the GNRS rules as conditions warrant.

Co-Chairman

The Co-Chairman will assume the duties of the Chairman in his absence. 
The Co-Chairman may be called upon by the Chairman to perform other duties to assist in organizing the hunt. Co-Chairman will be selected by Committee vote if needed.

Secretary

  The Secretary will Keep team members informed of any needed hunt info under the authorization of the Committee Chairman.

Head Judge

  The Head Judge will act as Chairman of the judging committee. 
The Head Judge will be the final authority in any disputes concerning the judging of the hunt.
